2. Registration and data use
Our platform is primarily designed for parents and families. For account creation, we process the login data required for access together with anonymised learning progress. Real names and birth dates of minors are not required.
3. Use of AI models and algorithms
MatheJump combines proprietary mathematical and logical algorithms with selected AI interfaces. Only the data technically required for the respective function is processed. Personally identifiable data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Payment data is not stored on our own servers. Processing takes place solely for the purpose of contract fulfilment.
5. Security and hosting
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. The platform runs on compliant cloud infrastructure, and relevant server locations are within the European Union.
6. Access and deletion
You have the right to request information about stored personal data and, within the limits of applicable law, to request correction or deletion. Requests can be sent to info@mathejump.de.
7. Protection of our systems
Automated scraping, abusive analysis, or reverse engineering of our systems and training logic is not permitted.
