MatheJump provides digital diagnostics, training modules, worksheets, reports, and additional learning support. The exact scope depends on the selected plan.
3. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the order process is completed and payment has been confirmed. Free trial access may be subject to separate conditions.
4. Prices and payment
The prices displayed on the platform at the time of ordering apply. Payments are processed via the payment providers offered on the platform.
5. Rights of use
MatheJump content is protected by copyright. It may only be used personally and non-transferably within the scope of the booked plan.
6. Misuse and system protection
Automated scraping, abusive use, reverse engineering, or the circumvention of technical protection measures are prohibited.
7. Term and cancellation
Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing period unless cancelled in due time. One-time purchases end when the service has been fully delivered.
8. Liability
We are liable within the framework of applicable law. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damage.
